Roles and Responsibilities

1) Create product listings on sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopify, 1mg, etc. as well as our e-commerce site.
2) Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and formulae.
3) Communicate with logistics partners to make sure the products reach the customers.
4) Coordinate with the production department for updated inventory.
5) Write relevant content & bullet points for listings.
6) Address customer complaints by phone and email.
7) Coordinate with people at online portals for deal promotions.
8) Call clients for review, ratings & feedback.
9) Coordinate with operators (order processing) daily.

Required Candidate profile

1) Minimum Graduate
2) Minimum Exp. 1 yrs as E-Commerce Manager
3) Must have advanced working knowledge of MS excel, V lookup, Pivot Table
4) Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
