Manager e-Commerce will be responsible for building & managing business operations for the online market presence on E-commerce marketplace like Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify and Amazon..
We are Trading Enterprise using 100% E-commerce Platforms and always willing to process innovation to expand and grow new platforms. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of E-Commerce business including P&L and business planning.
\* Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as online platforms & external agencies expand the business to create a presence across new platforms.
\* Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability
\* Brand and product registration on new portals including compliance in keeping with platforms requirements.
\* Troubleshooting platform-related issues with timely follow-up.
\* Responsible for new product listings and sharing listing templates for respective partner platforms in prescribed formats. A+ content publishing for all new SKU listings.
\* Developing strategies specific to Ecommerce business channels for business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, customer service, and web analytics
\* Competition mapping of similar brands in the category and category analysis for understanding the market trends & sales trending,
\* Analyse sell-through and ensure optimum level of inventory with the partner
\* Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross-functional team supporting the e-commerce strategy
\* Responsible to develop strategies specific to the e-comm channel for portfolio planning, pricing, product-gap analysis, competition analysis, etc.
\* Business planning includes sales forecasting, budgeting, and value chain management along with Finance.
\* Develop data analytics and insights capability to drive sales conversion online
Operations & Processing
\* Ensure Amazon Seller Flex/ Flipkart/ Myntra/ Nykaa/ Tata Cliq order processing and dispatch, performance tracking, new listings inwards and contesting any operations issues.
\* Regular and meaningful reporting of inventory, marketing funnel and sales.
\* Managing packaging material, labels, and invoicing requirements.
\* Responsible for processing and dispatching orders on a regular basis as well as returns management.
\* Support Finance and Operations teams with monthly sales reporting and inventory reconciliation.
\* Tracking implementation of SOPs and suggesting changes for optimisation.
Experience, Qualifications & Requirements
\* Graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration Preferred
\* Minimum 2 years of experience handling such position
\* The customer-centric mindset with enthusiasm to enhance customer experience
\* Proven leadership of e-commerce projects with good knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
\* Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
\* Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives
\* Strong analytical skills with the ability to crunch numbers for MIS reporting and tracking efficiencies
\* Experience managing marketing and Social Media teams
\* Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies
