A Senior Engineer to focus on all things Microsoft with a few customer applications. Supporting a wide variety of customers and environments. These environments can range from 1000+ servers to 5 servers which provided a wide range of opportunities.
Extensive experience supporting, administering, and troubleshooting Office 365 solutions using Microsoft best practices
Extensive experience supporting, administering, and troubleshooting Azure environments using Microsoft best practices
Extensive experience supporting, administering, and troubleshooting the following Microsoft technologies at an enterprise scale (Active Directory, Enterprise CA, GPOs, Exchange including O365)
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting OS and software deployment through Endpoint Configuration Management/SCCM
Identify and implement areas of improvement in architecture, implementations, support processes and administration tools
Providing escalation support and mentoring to junior engineers
Manage and troubleshooting multiple high availability solutions
Drive continuous proactive maintenance, auditing, and monitoring of our customers Microsoft environments
Working with other infrastructure teams as well as non-infrastructure teams throughout organization on tasks
Providing assessments of Microsoft technologies and provide recommendations and optimizations
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting supported end user application server issues
Thorough technical writing skills with support documentation and procedures
Ability to communicate orally and written effectively with leadership and customers
Following thorough ITIL best practices
Participate in weekly on call rotation

Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent
10+ years experience with Windows Servers
10+ years experience in managing Microsoft Systems in a 24×7 environment
3+ years experience managing Azure Environments.
Microsoft Certification or equivalent preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (Windows 2012, 2016, 2019), performance monitoring and tuning
Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
Strong understanding and experience of Active Directory and Group Policies
Strong knowledge and understanding scripting such as Powershell
Strong leadership skills to effectively mentor and lead junior level engineers
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of complex systems
Strong understanding of architecture principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills to interact with customers to prioritize work and lead complex projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
